You should expect a response within 24 hours. Please let us know commodity, expected number of shipments/kilogram/density per 3 month period, transport by air- or ocean freight.

or by FAX   +49-(0)700-747-747-01. If the shipment is collect, it is a must that you show your selling rate incl. all charges, COD amount and if addressed to a bank, name and address of this bank.

Your HAWB

must show the agreed selling rate with all other charges, COD amount and if addressed to a bank, name and address of this bank.

Your invoice

We expect an original invoice attached the documents or separatly by mail. The German Goverment don't accept fax-copies. Your invoice should show HAWB/MAWB or Ocean B/L No. and House B/L No. Please issue your invoice to CSI-GmbH, Frachtzentrum Modul H, 85356 Munich / Germany only. We cannot accept invoicing to other places. Please show our profit/share in your invoice. Is there no profit/share for us than show this point with "0" in your invoice.

Bill of Ladings

Please issue and send all B/L's to  CSI-GmbH, Frachtzentrum Modul H, 85356 Munich / Germany. The seaport must be Hamburg only.

Routing Orders and Sales Leads

Please issue and send all R/O and S/L to  CSI-GmbH, Frachtzentrum Modul H, 85356 Munich / Germany or sales@csi-spedition.de

Our given airfreight and ocean freight RATES in Euro per kg for general cargo (belly) plus Fuel- and Security-surcharges. All airfreight rates are valid from all main German airports (Frankfurt, Munich, Dusseldorf, Hamburg, Berlin, Stuttgart) and may change without prior notice.

We expect your PAYMENT to CSI, after your receive the invoice from us within 30 days. Our BANK-DETAILS as below:

• Hypovereinsbank Munich / Germany, Bank Code No: 700 202 70, Account No. D-Mark and Euro 413 07161                                                    Account No. US-Dollar 807 728 040. Our SWIFT: BVBEDEMM.

Days of operation

Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5 pm. Overtime and weekend on request.

Bonded warehouse

Available at the airport Frankfurt, Munich, Dusseldorf, Hamburg, Berlin, Stuttgart and in Hamburg seaport station.

 

           Our Charges valid from each CSI-Station

1)       Pick up/Delivery and trucking charges (1 cubic metre is 300 kg)

3)  EXPORT -  Handling at the airport  (MUC/FRA/DUS/HAM/BER) and seaport (Hamburg)

4)  IMPORT -  Handling at the airport  (MUC/FRA/DUS/HAM/BER) and seaport (Hamburg)
